Quoted after we understand your case
We quote your fee in writing after the free strategy session and assessment, so the number reflects your actual case, not a lowest-common-denominator sticker price.
Everything is included
Petition drafting, evidence strategy, expert letters, and any RFE or NOID response are all in the flat fee. The only thing you pay on top is the government’s own filing fees.
Payment plans available
Most clients spread the fee over several months. We’ll walk through the options on your call. There’s no premium for paying over time.
Why we don't post a price list.
Two O-1 cases can differ by an order of magnitude in the evidence they need. A sticker price either overcharges the straightforward case or under-serves the complex one. Instead, we look at your actual record for free, then quote one honest, fixed fee, in writing, with nothing owed until you decide to proceed.
