Membership
Ongoing access to your immigration team.
Ongoing access to our attorneys, plus member rates on any filing you decide to take on.
Membership is separate from case work, which is quoted and billed on its own.
What membership actually includes
Membership buys access, not a filing. You get scheduled time with our immigration team, answers to questions as they come up between cases, and member pricing whenever you decide to open a matter.
- Regular check-ins with an immigration attorney
- Written answers to status and timing questions
- Member rates on any matter you open with us
Where membership stops
Membership by itself is not legal representation on a petition. No filing is drafted, submitted, or tracked under it. Individual matters are opened under their own engagement letter and billed separately at member rates.
- Petition drafting and filing are not included
- Every matter gets its own engagement letter
- Case fees are quoted in writing before you agree
Who tends to join
People whose situation moves faster than their paperwork. A founder weighing a visa change, an employee watching a job offer, a family planning a few years out. The common thread is wanting counsel available before a deadline forces the decision.
Questions, answered.
Is membership the same as hiring you for my case?
No. Membership gives you ongoing access and member pricing. It does not include preparing or filing a petition. When you decide to move on a case, we open that case under a separate engagement letter.
How is the legal work priced for members?
Each matter is quoted as one flat attorney fee, in writing, after we review your record. Members are quoted at member rates. Government filing fees are set by USCIS and paid directly to USCIS.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Membership is recurring and you can end it at the close of your current billing period. Any case already open under its own engagement letter continues under the terms you signed for that matter.
Does membership come with the fee-back promise?
Our attorney fee refund promise applies to cases we accept and represent you on, under that case engagement letter. It is not a feature of membership by itself, and no immigration outcome is ever guaranteed. USCIS decides.
