We publish our guarantee in full because a guarantee you have to hunt for isn't one. Here is exactly what we promise, and the conditions that make the promise possible.

What we promise

If Silverpoint accepts your case after the strategy session and written assessment, and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) issues a final denial of the petition we prepared and filed, you may choose either:

• A free refile: we prepare and file a new petition at no additional attorney fee; or
• A full refund: 100% of the attorney fees you paid Silverpoint for that petition, returned to you.

What this is, and isn't

This guarantee is a refund promise about our fees. It is not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of any government decision. Immigration outcomes rest solely with USCIS and other government authorities, and no law firm can promise a particular result. Offering this guarantee is not an indication of the probability of success of your case.

Conditions

• The guarantee applies only to cases Silverpoint formally accepts in a signed engagement agreement, and is confirmed in that agreement.
• You must provide truthful, complete, and timely information throughout the engagement, and disclose any prior immigration denials, criminal history, or other material facts before engagement.
• Silverpoint must remain your counsel through any Request for Evidence (RFE) or Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID), responses we include at no extra charge.
• Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of the final denial.
• The guarantee does not apply if the petition is withdrawn, abandoned, or materially changed at your direction against our advice, or if the denial results from information you did not disclose.

What is excluded

Government filing fees, premium processing fees, translation, courier, and other third-party costs are set by and paid to third parties and are not refundable by Silverpoint under any circumstance.
